As outlined on our Future Directions page, there is a lot of important and fascinating work to be done in the area of undergraduate student wellbeing.
Our next research priority is conducting mixed-methods, formative intervention research. Most wellbeing intervention research is conducted in small groups, with clinical or at-risk populations, and/or with adults. The field needs better and more relevant research about the most efficient wellbeing pathways and intervention strategies for healthy, young adult undergraduate students.
We are early in the planning stages for this research. We want this research program to be a multi-site effort, which means we will need active researchers, people to conduct the research protocols, and sites who will allow their students to participate.
